NHEJ: DNA-PKcs autophosphorylation

[Homo sapiens]





Very important step of NHEJ, as the presence of unphosphorylated DNA-PKcs molecule effectively blocks binding of processing enzymes and ligases, and inhibits ligation of DNA ends.
